These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AstroMap app and related services. By creating an account or using AstroMap, you are deemed to have read and accepted the conditions described here. Please also review the Privacy Policy, which complements these Terms.
1. Service description
AstroMap offers Western astrology content, including birth chart readings, and Ba Zi content, also known as the Four Pillars of Chinese astrology. The content is prepared from human editorial text to bring each tradition into a clear and organized presentation.
AstroMap is intended for entertainment and self-knowledge. Its interpretations are reflective and symbolic. They are not intended to predict facts or state certainties about events or personal choices.
2. Nature of content and no professional advice
Content available in AstroMap is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Astrological readings do not replace consultation with qualified professionals in any of these areas.
For health, emotional well-being, legal situations or financial decisions, seek qualified professionals in medicine, psychology, law or finance. AstroMap interpretations support reflection and should not be the sole basis for important decisions.
3. Account and eligibility
Use of AstroMap features requires an account with truthful and current information. Each person is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for activities carried out through their account.
AstroMap is intended for people aged 13 or older. By creating an account or using the service, the user declares that they are at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must use AstroMap with the knowledge and authorization of a legal guardian, including for subscriptions through the relevant app store.
4. Subscriptions, plans and payments
AstroMap follows a freemium model, with some content available for free and additional features available by subscription. There is a monthly plan around R$ 24.90, an annual plan around R$ 149.00, and a 7-day trial period.
These values are approximate and informational. The final applicable price is always the one displayed by the app store at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless canceled beforehand.
Billing, cancellation and refunds are processed and governed by Apple App Store and Google Play rules. Refund requests and renewal or cancellation management must be handled directly in the store through which the subscription was acquired.
5. Intellectual property
AstroMap editorial texts, interpretations, visual identity and other content are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation of this content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written consent from the rights holder.
6. Limitation of liability
AstroMap is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AstroMap assumes no responsibility for decisions made based on app content or for temporary service unavailability. The content is symbolic and reflective, with no guarantee of specific results.
7. Applicable law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be submitted to the court corresponding to the domicile of the service holder, without prejudice to consumer protection rules that may provide another venue where applicable.
8. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time to reflect changes in the service or in the law. When this occurs, the new version becomes effective from its effective date: June 7, 2026. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.
9. Controller identification
AstroMap is maintained by a natural person responsible for decisions related to the operation of the service and the processing of personal data. The official contact channel is suporte@useastromap.com.
